If you like to see makeup tutorials on King & Kind, then you are in luck! Two in one week!! I have just been inspired to take the beauty part of the blog up a notch. This tutorial is based on my signature brown smokey eye. I like to do this on most days for work (with or without bottom eyeliner).

I wish Too Faced made a single of Silk Teddy because I love to use it for this and mine is pretty much gone :(.
Step 2: Apply NARS Surabaya (both sides of the palette) on lids blending into the crease and slightly above.
Step 3: Apply NARS Surabaya 3/4 of the way on your bottom lids starting at the corner and tapering your way in.
Step 4: Use a Q-Tip or a blending brush to blend well so that there are no harsh lines.
Step 5: Remove any flakes of eyeshadow with a clean brush, to prevent smearing. Note: NARS eyeshadow is awesome so there wont be very many flakes :)
Step 6: Apply MAC Fluidline Gel Liner in Blacktrack to the top lid creating a check mark at the corner. Remember skinny on the inside and full on the outside.
Step 7: Use YSL Dessin du Regard Waterproof eyeliner on your bottom waterline for an extra impact affect. I am OBSESSED with this eyeliner, it's fantastic because it doesn't smudge and stays on super well. Sometimes my eyes water when I line my waterline and this one keeps it all in check.
Step 8: Mascara
